QRafter

Privacy Policy

Introduction

QRafter is a free utility application developed by TalTurk. This privacy policy explains how QRafter handles your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy — and the short version is: we don't collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

QRafter operates entirely on your device. No personal data is collected, transmitted to external servers, or shared with third parties.

Data We Do Not Collect

QRafter does not collect any of the following:

Local Data Storage

QRafter stores your scan and generation history locally on your device using an on-device database (Hive). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can clear this history at any time from within the app.

Camera Access

QRafter requests camera permission solely for scanning QR codes and barcodes. Camera access is used in real-time for code detection only — no images or video are recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Internet Access

QRafter uses internet access for the following optional features within the Tools section:

No personal data, account information, or device identifiers are included in these requests. These features are entirely optional and only activated when you use them.

Third-Party Services

QRafter does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs for Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook, or any similar platforms.

Children's Privacy

QRafter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app collects no data from any user, there is no risk of children's data being gathered.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
